Katherine lived at Flat 19 in this building from January 1911 to
September 1912. Here she began an affair with John Middleton
Murray, and was forced to leave her flat because the landlord
disapproved of an unmarried couple cohabiting.
It was then 69 Clovelly Mansions, Greys Inn Road, and is now 19 Churston Mansions.
Katherine lived at 8 Chaucer Mansions, Barons Court from July to December 1913.

Shortly after their marriage Katherine and John moved into a house at
17 East Heath Road, Hampstead. A printing press was installed in the basement where small editions of the couple’s works were produced.
Visitors to the house included Virginia Woolf and T.S. Eliot.
Worth visiting because it's on the edge of Hampstead Heath.
Nearest tube: Hampstead.
